J.E. Hill Produces Easi-Set Precast Concrete Building Complex for Ball Field

Precast restrooms, concessions, storage, and press box buildingMIDLAND, VA. –Officials at J.E. Hill Precast recently completed the production and delivery of a mixed-use Easi-Set precast concrete building for installation at a ball field in Northern Florida.

The building, which houses restrooms, a concession stand and a press box, was erected at Terry Parker High School in Jacksonville by Allstate Construction and is now fully operational.

The precast concrete building complex replaced a previous structure that had burned down. According to Kevin Trussel, project manager for Duval County Public Schools, the Easi-Set Building was chosen because it is low-maintenance, durable, more secure and less of a fire hazard, all at comparable or lower cost.

“Easi-Set precast concrete buildings are modular,” explained Moffette Tharpe, Managing Director of Easi-Set Industries. “This is advantageous because they can then be customized efficiently.”

J.E. Hill Precast produces Easi-Set precast concrete buildings under a licensing agreement with Easi-Set Industries.
