Easi-Span Large Concrete Buildings: Expandability

If you purchase an Easi-Span Building and your needs change down the road, your building can be expanded to become a larger building. Easi-Span Buildings are the only large clear span concrete buildings to offer an exclusive expandability feature. Building lengths can be expanded in 10’ increments up to 200’ while still maintaining the structural integrity of the building. The Easi-Span Building, when specified as expandable, can have a removable rear wall and fascia with “dead-end” post-tensioning chucks that allow the building length to be expanded in the future and maintain the original integrity of the roof system.

Additionally, buildings can be expanded by constructing one or more new building next to the current building and connecting the buildings. Easi-Span Buildings can also be relocated.
