WELCOME to the Home Page for Easi-Span Buildings – the industry’s only large to ultra-large, expandable, ALL PRECAST CONCRETE buildings (including the roof).

These pre-designed, heavy duty industrial buildings are being specified by top engineering firms throughout North America to house high-value equipment and materials.

Easi-Span Buildings are used for: waste water treatment systems, chemical storage, data storage, pump stations, dechlorination/rechlorination equipment, electro/mechanical control systems, compressors, blower systems, and much, much more.

These durable and secure buildings are available in clear-span widths of 20’, 24’, 30’, & 40’ with building lengths up to 200’ (in 10’increments). Building heights are available from 9’ to 20’ and are designed for 130mph wind loads (standard) and 60psf live loads

Easi-Span’s exclusive expandability feature allows the building length to be expanded, when needed, while maintaining the original integrity of the roof system.

All buildings are installed within days on either a site-cast pad or with precast floors, are available with a variety of finishes, have an architectural ribbed-edge roof, and incorporate customer-specified openings.

Easi-Spans are manufactured locally throughout North America by licensed Easi-Set producers and are available locally.
