Easi-Set Precast Buildings are easily transported and installed. Your installation can be completed within a few hours. No foundations or footings are required. Only a level six-inch layer of sand or crushed stone on an approved sub-base are needed to provide adequate support and drainage. It is critical that the stone base be flat for all size buildings to ensure proper installation. Recommended site requirements are attached to the specifications.

If there is a requirement for a large number of penetrations or a large opening in the floor, the pre-assembled building can be delivered without a floor. The building can be placed on a poured-in-place slab and attached with expansion anchors. Easi-Set Buildings can be assembled around existing equipment. Site assembled buildings are ideal for sites with narrow or limited access.
